Yes! We offer a 2 week trial for $39 to give you the full Reform Engadine experience. During your trial you can join up to 6 classes over a 14 day period (max 1 per class per day). See our Pricing page for more details.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your class starts so we can show you around! If you are brand new to reformer, your instructor will talk you through the reformer bed. We have all the equipment so you don’t need to bring your own, but please bring socks to your reformer class, you can purchase them at the studio if needed. There is on street parking and a number of nearby car parks. All classes are 45 minutes.

No prior experience is necessary! Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, including beginners. Our instructors will guide you through each movement, ensuring you feel comfortable and supported. We encourage you to come with an open mind and a willingness to learn—everyone starts somewhere!

We recommend wearing comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Socks are mandatory for added stability on the reformer, but if you don't have any, you can purchase them at the studio. Avoid heavy fabrics and necklaces, as they can get caught in the equipment.

If you have injuries, are pre- or postnatal, please let our instructors know before your class. All instructors are trained to modify exercises to ensure your safety and comfort, so you can enjoy your Pilates practice while accommodating your needs. We're here to support you!

Pilates is safe to practise every day. For optimal results, we recommend attending classes 3 to 5 times per week. This frequency allows your body to adapt and progress while giving you time to rest and recover. However, feel free to start at a pace that feels comfortable for you!

We know life is busy and plans change, so we have a 12 hour cancellation policy.
Please cancel your space via your account at least 12 hours before the start time if you can no longer attend, so we can free up your spot for someone else.
Cancellation Policy for Intro offers, Drop-in passes, 5, 10 and 20 pack passes: If you fail to cancel your class prior to the 12 hour window, or don’t show to the class, you will lose the class credit.
Cancellation Policy for essentials and unlimited memberships: With your membership, you get 1 free late cancellation a month (we get it, sometimes life just happens!). After that, if you fail to cancel your class prior to the 12 hour window, or don’t show, you will be charged $5. -
We open our booking window 7 days in advance and you can book in via the Momence app once you have a membership. For your first booking wee recommend booking via the timetable page on our website.

Yes of course, pauses are available to our essentials and unlimited memberships, for a minimum of 1 week, and a maximum of 8 weeks, over a 12 month period.
If you would like to pause your membership please email contact@reformengadine.com to arrange at least 14 days prior.

All purchases are non refundable. Unfortunately we are not able to refund any client for unused packs or passes outside of their expiry window, change of mind, injury illness or change of address.

Yes, once a class is fully booked, up to 10 people can add themselves to the waitlist. Should a spot become available, people are automatically added to the class from the waitlist.
