We offer accredited mat Pilates, reformer Pilates and Barre courses at our Engadine studio. All courses have been recognised, approved and accredited by ISSA (International Sport Science Association), additionally, the reformer course is also approved by AUSActive. Each course has been awarded the maximum 20 CEU's and CEC's and is globally recognised, allowing you to teach anywhere in the world.
Led by our Head Trainer, Fiona Wissink, this comprehensive program blends vast experience and passion, to educate and inspire. We aim to empower each student with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to succeed. You’ll learn the history, principles, and foundations of Pilates from a modern perspective, with an emphasis on full-body conditioning that’s fluid, efficient and fun. You’ll also discover how to create engaging sequences, develop your own teaching style, and master modifications and progressions, ensuring your classes appeal to everyone.

Support! Following the course, we have mentorship’s available to get you up and running
WHAT’S REQUIRED?
Participants will need to complete 50 self-development hours in addition to attending the in person learning sessions over 3-5 weekends at our studio in Engadine, in the Sutherland Shire, Sydney:
20 self-logged observation hours
20 self-logged participation hours
10 practice teaching hours (Practice teaching sessions are available at the Studio)
Participants will complete the following assessments during the course:
A written class plan and a face-to-face practical teaching skills assessment on the last day of the course.

No, anyone with a passion for Pilates and/or Barre can enrol in our training.

That’s perfectly fine. I’ve had people from all walks of life train to become incredible teachers! You’ll be surprised how transferable much of your existing experience and skillset can be.

We understand that life can sometimes get in the way. It is best if you can attend all face-to-face days for the full experience, but please contact us if you are unable to attend a session or day. We are able to pencil in a catch up session. Please note a fee applies for this.

No, you don’t need to be a member to enrol in our teacher training. Our training programs are open to everyone, whether you are a current member or new to our studio.
